Purchasing conditions

Unless expressly agreed otherwise, the following conditions apply to all of our orders:

·         Pricing and delivery is free Dürmentingen including packaging.

·         Transport risk is borne by the supplier.

·         The quantities determined by us are decisive for the billing.

The stated delivery time must be kept. If this is not possible, we ask you to notify us immediately, stating the ultimate delivery time, otherwise our delivery time information is deemed to have been accepted. Any verifiable damage that we incur due to non-fulfillment of the obligations we have entered into must be compensated by the supplier without any notice of default being required.

Invoices must be submitted to us in duplicate immediately upon delivery. Payment is made within 10 days of receipt of the goods with a 3% discount, within 30 days with a 2% discount or within 60 days net. In any case, payment is made subject to quality and quantity inspection.

The supplier guarantees the quality of the delivery in accordance with legal standards for a period of one year after commissioning or use. There is no need for a special notice of defects. In urgent cases or if the supplier defaults, we are entitled to remedy any defects that arise at the supplier's expense.

Drawings and models that we provide for the execution of an order remain our property. The supplier is liable for their loss, wear, damage or misuse.

The place of fulfilment for delivery and payment applies to both parties regardless of the amount in dispute.

• The place of jurisdiction is for Georg Schlegel GmbH & Co. KG Dürmentingen the local court of Riedlingen or at the supplier's discretion also the district of Ravensburg.
  

• The place of jurisdiction if for Schlegel Elektrokontakt GmbH Leipzig the local district court in Leipzig.
  

The supplier undertakes to comply with the applicable legal provisions of the Minimum Wage Law (MWL), in particular to properly keep the required minimum wage and pay it to its employees and to adjust the amount of the minimum wage to be paid to its employees on the respective set date. If subcontractors and subcontractors are assigned or a temporary employment agency is involved in connection with the completion of orders, the supplier undertakes to impose on its business partners the obligations in connection with the applicable minimum wage for their employees and to ensure compliance with these.

The supplier is fully liable to us for any claims in connection with obligations to pay minimum wage. Upon first request, the supplier will fully indemnify us against any claims in connection with obligations to pay minimum wages. The supplier undertakes to compensate us for all damages resulting from the breach in connection with obligations to pay minimum wages. The assertion of claims for damages due to further damage remains expressly reserved.

These conditions cannot be changed by different order confirmations, but only by an express declaration by us.
