The training of skilled employees has been of great importance to SCHLEGEL already for a long time. For many years, we have been given the certificate "Ausbildungsbetrieb plus" (company offering a superior programme for dual education/apprenticeship) by the Chamber of Industry and Commerce (CCI) in Ulm.
GIT SAFETY AWARD
SCHLEGEL has received the GIT SAFETY AWARD for developing the self-monitoring contact block for emergency-stops in 2011. In 2021, we received another GIT Safety Award for the development of a serial testing machine for emergency-stops which is testing all safety-relevant aspects within nine seconds.
ECOMONIC MEDAL FOR EBERHARD SCHLEGEL
Our senior CEO, Eberhard Schlegel was awarded with the Economic Medal by the Minister of Economy of the federal state Baden-Württemberg Ernst Pfister on February 14th, 2006. This medal is given to entrepreneurs and people who have rendered outstanding services on the federal state's economy.
