SCHLEGEL offers training with prospects: in the course of the year, 7 apprentices and students completed their apprenticeships or studies. All of them decided to stay with the company.
The company attaches great importance to good, practical training in order to provide trainees and students with the best possible support on their career path: They are integrated into the operational processes and can gain practical knowledge and take on responsibility. They are given time slots (“trainee meetings”) to catch up on what they have learned at school or to organise activities.
SCHLEGEL is an internationally active family business with its own sales offices in China, Austria, Singapore and the USA. The products for controlling machines and systems are used worldwide.
