The emergency-stop QRBLUVOOI_C1190 has convinced the jury. "A product reduced to its safety-relevant function which elegantly expands the world of emergency-stops. The status can be determined very easily and clearly, even from a distance," reads the jury´s statement regarding the emergency-stop.
A plus in safety
The QRBLUVOOI_C119 offers a plus in safety thanks to its illuminated anti-lock collar: By pushing the button in a case of emergency, the machine is set into a safe state and at the same time the integrated LEDs in the anti-lock collar are activated. Thus, emergencies can quickly be spotted and resolved. In addition, the illumination function is not fixed, but can be set according to customer´s wishes and used in reverse function. That means the LED illumination indicates the operational readiness of the emergency-stop.
This emergency-stop is designed for the typical panel cut-out of 22.3 mm and has a surprisingly low mounting depth of 27.5 mm thanks to the integration of the M12 connection in the emergency-stop. It has 2 NC and 1 NO contacts and a long lifetime of 50,000 switching cycles. The QRBLUVOOI_C1190 has a degree of protection of IP65 in the front and IP54 on the rear so that it is also suitable for rough working environments.
